Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Saint Mikael, because each product is poured by hand in small batches, we're not able to offer traditional returns or exchanges for change of mind. Any items eligible for return must be unopened and unused. 

If something arrives damaged or not quite right, e-mail us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we will do our best to make it right with replacement or store credit.

Please insure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to refund or replace orders marked as delivered by the carrier, or orders shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions. All return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, and will not be included in the store credit total.
